Adam Skibsted is a partner in our projects practice
Adam is a partner in Ashurst's Sydney Projects and Energy Transition team advising on major transport and other infrastructure projects.
He has broad-ranging experience advising on projects in Australia and the UK including:
- project structuring;
- procurement strategies and implementation with a particular focus on innovative collaborative contracting;
- contract drafting and negotiation;
- contract administration;
- restructuring of distressed projects; and
- disputes.
Adam has acted for the full range of industry participants including governments, sponsors/developers, contractors, financiers and consultants in the transport, residential, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and defence sectors.
