Adnand Sulejmani is a senior associate in our tax practice
Adnand advises regulated and unregulated investment funds on their various Luxembourg and international tax implications. He also advises clients on tax issues relating to corporate and debt reorganisations, as well as financing and securitisation transactions.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.
Adnand holds a Master’s of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax Law from Leiden University (Netherlands) and a Master’s in Tax Law from Université Paris V (France).
He speaks Albanian, English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
