Amy specialises in transactional constructional law and acts for clients on a wide range of projects including within both the real estate development and the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Amy has experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating all forms of construction documentation, both bespoke and standard form, including EPC, building contracts, professional appointments, and ancillary documents such as collateral warranties, guarantees, and bonds. Amy also has experience advising on the construction elements of facility agreements, development agreements, agreements for lease and sale and purchase agreements.
