Ben is a senior associate who focuses on planning, based in the London real estate team
Ben advises on all aspects of planning law. Ben helps clients on strategy and policy at the inception of a development scheme, planning applications, environmental impact assessment, planning agreements and appeals and judicial review. Ben also advises on CPO, including on references to the Lands Tribunal.
As well as advising private and public sector planning clients, Ben also works closely with real estate colleagues on all stages of the property life-cycle.
