Caitlin is an experienced projects and infrastructure attorney with expertise in the procurement and delivery of large-scale transport and infrastructure projects, including P3 transactions and alternative project delivery models.
Caitlin's experience includes advising public sector agencies and the private sector on a number of global infrastructure projects. Caitlin has advised on numerous alternative delivery models and has expertise in procurement and delivery of large-scale construction rail and infrastructure projects, including managing contractor contracts and collaborative contracting, incentivized target cost and alliance contracting models.
Caitlin is admitted to the California State Bar. Caitlin is also admitted to practise in New South Wales and Queensland in Australia.
