Chris has more than fifteen years experience in Product Management, from developing and managing product lifecycles for large scale content products for professionals, to most recently, leading automation and machine learning LegalTech tools at one of the largest suppliers to the legal profession. He is passionate about building customer-centric digital experiences that deliver real value to clients, whilst unlocking IP and knowledge latent within the firm. He embraces Lean Product methodologies, identifying and ideating using design thinking, and delivering incrementally via Agile development.
