Connor acts on behalf of private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, financial institutions and funds on a range of financial transactions with a particular focus on leveraged buyouts and infrastructure financings.
Connor worked at a major global law firm prior to joining Ashurst in 2022 and has spent six months on secondment at the leveraged finance desk of Investec Bank Plc.
