Dean heads Ashurst's private investment funds practice in the UAE. He specialises in private asset management and has particular expertise in the establishment of private investment funds, managed accounts, joint ventures and co-investment platforms across a wide variety of asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, private equity and debt.
Dean has broad experience advising market leading sponsors including those with niche investment strategies, and first time fund managers on the structuring and establishment of private funds. His experience includes advising institutional clients, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and development finance institutions, on their global investments.
