Dominick Tarantino

Dominick specializes in corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities.

He has primarily worked with U.S. and European medium-term note programs, Rule 144A programs and bank note programs.  

Dominick received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
 
While at Brooklyn Law School, Dominick was an Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial law.
 
Dominick is admitted to the New York State Bar.
