Dora Guslitser is a counsel in our digital economy transactions practice
Dora has extensive experience advising on all aspects of technology and telecommunications law, with a focus on complex procurement and outsourcing transactions, telecommunications infrastructure projects, ERP/CRM implementation projects, cloud services arrangements, and privacy, data and telecommunications regulation.
Dora is a trusted advisor. She has advised key clients such as Meta (previously Facebook) on its major subsea cable projects in Asia, and 1&1 Mobilfunk GmbH (a subsidiary of 1&1 AG) on long-term tower infrastructure supply arrangements relating to the rollout of its mobile network in Germany, including negotiating the key infrastructure supply agreement with Vantage Towers.
Dora also provides expert support on corporate transactions, with a particular focus on complex separation and transitional service agreements.
Throughout her career, Dora has also done numerous client secondments, including at ANZ, Telstra and most recently, Bupa.
