Ellise specialises in native title and cultural heritage, with experience in mining, petroleum and natural resources law.
Ellise advises on future act processes, native title and cultural heritage, tenure and land access and native title compensation.
Ellise has experience negotiating complex native title agreements, and has assisted clients to achieve landmark land access, heritage and compensation agreements.
Ellise also has extensive native title related litigation experience and has represented clients in the Federal Court in relation to high profile native title compensation proceedings.
Ellise has relevant experience in mining, petroleum and natural resources law, public M&A, equity capital markets and corporate governance.
