Emily McCracken

<p><span style="display: inline !important;">Emily's core practice within our digital economy team includes digital infrastructure projects and intellectual property matters, primarily within the telecommunications, technology and infrastructure sectors.</span></p> <p>In particular, Emily has experience advising clients in respect of complex corporate and standalone intellectual property transactions, including the acquisition, disposal and licensing of intellectual property rights, brand strategy/protection, collaboration agreements and general commercial contracting arrangements. <br /> <br /> Emily has also advised on large scale digital infrastructure projects for operators, including asset purchases, mobile network infrastructure builds and multinational subsea cable and terrestrial fibre rollouts. <br /> <br /> Emily has previously held the Head of Legal position at an early-stage, consumer-facing, legal technology start-up, providing first-hand experience of start-up needs and challenges.</p>
