Emmanuelle Cabrol is a partner, heading the Paris international arbitration practice
Emmanuelle specialises in international arbitration with almost 20 years’ experience. She has appeared before numerous international tribunals and conducted both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (including ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA , DIS and Swiss Rules proceedings) in a number of jurisdictions. Emmanuelle acts in commercial disputes between private companies in a variety of sectors. She has also developed a particular expertise in disputes involving States, representing both private clients and States, notably in Africa. She also regularly sits as an arbitrator.
Emmanuelle lectures international arbitration and regularly speaks at seminars specialising on this topic. She has received generous accolades for her successful representation of Eurotunnel against France and the UK, in the first arbitration brought against two States simultaneously. She is "highly recommended" by leading directories as a "key player in the field", with "an arbitration practice which sets the highest of standards".
Emmanuelle is an avocate at the Paris Bar and a Solicitor-Advocate of England and Wales.
