<p>Evan is a counsel in our finance group.&nbsp;</p> <p>Evan assists issuers and underwriters with registered and unregistered securities offerings. Evan helps issuers establish and maintain their securities offering programs, for registered securities and for unregistered securities in reliance on Regulation S and/or Rule 144A.&nbsp;</p> <p>Evan's practice has a focus on structured notes and structured certificates of deposits. He has broad experience in developing new structures, and reviewing, vetting and drafting disclosure for a wide variety of innovative underlying assets for use in structured products, including commodity, ESG, volatility-control and thematic indices.
