Ffion provides practical and strategic advice to clients across a broad range of industries and on a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters. This includes advice on termination of employment issues including post-employment restraints, contractual disputes, employee entitlements, disputes under enterprise agreements, issues relating to enterprise agreement and award interpretation, and discrimination, adverse action, bullying and unfair dismissal claims.
Ffion assists clients in conducting employment-related litigation before the Australian courts and the Fair Work Commission.
Ffion also has extensive experience designing and delivering tailored training programs to clients on legal and HR topics, including appropriate workplace behaviours, how to conduct effective workplace investigations, compliance with industrial instruments and employment law essentials.
