Gerrit Clasen specialises in stock corporation, capital markets and public takeover law.
He has particular experience in advising listed companies on corporate governance issues, capital market compliance and the preparation and execution of shareholder meetings.
Gerrit also advises companies on all corporate law issues and on group law in particular supporting companies with the structuring and execution of structural measures such as conversions, spin offs and company agreements and on public and private M&A transactions.
