Goldie Shen is an Associate in the Ashurst Projects & Energy Transition practice in the Santa Monica office, and focuses on infrastructure projects ranging from light rail to student housing. She has experience drafting P3 Agreements and RFPs for bidders of both personal service and construction contracts. Goldie has also conducted research on P3 agreements involving the sale of land by public authorities and progressive delivery models such as progressive design-build, CM/GC, and Delivery Partner. In addition, she also has experience working on water rights and conducting due diligence on U.S. and international M&A transactions.
Goldie is a 2023 co-chair of Young Professionals in Infrastructure (YPI) Professional Development Committee. She graduated from UCLA School of Law in May 2022 with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and Specialization in Business Law , where she was Chief Articles Editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal (APALJ), and graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College, Columbia University in the City of New York with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in February 2018.
