Helen joined Ashurst in 2021 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she has worked her entire career in both its London and New York offices. Helen's practice covers a wide range of corporate finance transactions, acting on behalf of issuers and finance parties, with a particular focus on corporate secured bank / bond financing transactions and specialist expertise in the infrastructure sector.
