Jeongtaek Kim is a counsel of the corporate / M&A practice at Ashurst Korea JV
Jeongtaek advises Korean and multinational clients on M&A, investment and other corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Ashurst Korea JV, she worked for many years at Kim, Chang & Lee in Seoul, Korea, and then worked as an in-house counsel at a major Korean conglomerate.
She has broad experience advising on M&A/investment matters, various governance and corporate issues, as well as dispute resolution arising from those transactions. Her experience spans across in telecommunications, media, IT, finance, digital healthcare and construction sectors.
