<p>Jessica specialises in employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.</p> <p>Jessica advises employers from various industries on their obligations under state and federal workplace laws, including anti-discrimination legislation. She regularly provides strategic advice in relation to a wide range of employment and industrial matters, including employee disciplinary matters; large-scale employee entitlement reviews and remediation; executive engagement and remuneration; restructuring, redundancies and transfer of business issues; discrimination, harassment and bullying matters; workplace investigations; and enterprise bargaining and agreement making.</p> <p>Jessica has extensive experience in complex litigation, including in proceedings before the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Fair Work Commission.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div>
