Joshua has experience representing domestic and multinational clients in complex and high-stakes contentious matters. These matters have included large contractual disputes, class actions, insolvency proceedings and test cases in the Federal Court of Australia and Australian State Supreme Courts, royal commissions and public inquiries and disputes outside of the courts systems.
Joshua has acted for clients in banking and financial services, construction and infrastructure, mining, gaming and leisure, retail and pharmaceutical products.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Joshua worked at another leading global law firm and as Tipstaff to Justice Wright of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
