This includes leading the successful delivery of complex, strategic projects, being trusted to manage key operational processes as part of a managed service, as well as leading high performing teams. This combines practical commercial delivery and a deep understanding of how existing and emerging technology can be best introduced, reviewed once operational, identify improvement recommendations, and then maximise these for clients. He is equally comfortable and works effectively with global, big brand technology providers, as well as smaller start-ups.
