Katharine advises on contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters, as well as the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Katharine has experience acting for clients on a range of general employment matters, including redundancy advice and carrying out restructuring exercises, TUPE, and disciplinary and grievance issues. Katharine has experience representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings, as well as engaging in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation.
Additionally, Katharine has experience advising clients on business immigration matters, including sponsoring workers and employer right to work obligations.
