Levani focuses on corporate law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. He regularly advises private equity and international corporate clients in relation to the setting up of their acquisition structures, financings and in relation to their general corporate affairs.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Levani worked as an associate in the corporate practice of a renowned Luxembourg independent law firm.
Levani will be admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2023. He speaks French, English and Georgian.
