Lucas Halimi is an associate in our tax practice
Lucas focuses on corporate tax matters, advising companies, investment funds, and banking or financial institutions regarding the domestic or cross-border structuring of their M&A, private equity, financing and real estate transactions, as well as in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.
Lucas joined Ashurst in 2021 and qualified as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2023. He holds a master's degree in tax law of the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as an LLM in International Tax Law of King's College London.
Lucas is a member of the Paris Bar.
