Lynn Dunne is head of the EMEA Contentious Financial Services Group including the Contentious Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Lynn is best known in the market for having a specialised financial institutions strategic advisory practice covering banking disputes, internal and regulatory investigations and insolvency (including cross-border insolvency) and restructuring disputes.
Lynn's practice includes advising investment and retail banks in relation to both litigation and contentious regulatory issues, including cross-border enforcement strategies. She also advises alternative investment funds on a broad range of issues. Lynn has been involved in a number of significant and well-known retail administrations advising officeholders and also both bank and building society insolvencies advising the Bank of England and the subsequent officeholders, including most recently the joint special administrators of SVS Securities PLC. She also advised the Official Receiver as liquidator of the Thomas Cook Group companies.
