Mark Kuzma

<p>Mark leads Ashurst Risk Advisory's Transformation Risk offering. He advises clients on identifying and mitigating transformation risks throughout the entire lifecycle of major transformation programs.</p> <p>Mark focuses on better managing risk to protect and create value particularly in the banking, energy, utilities and private equity sectors.</p> <p>Prior to joining Ashurst, Mark spent 25 years at a Big 4 firm where he advised senior leaders on assurance, finance, transformation and technology engagements. This experience has equipped Mark with a unique appreciation of the key risks experienced by transformation programs and in-turn how to support executive stakeholders in mitigating them.</p> <p>Leveraging his experience in governance, risk, project management and assurance, Mark works with clients to identify and assess risks and design and optimise appropriate systems, practices and controls to better understand the risk profile and improve the performance of transformation programs.</p> <br />
