Mark Simmons is Head of eDiscovery for Ashurst Advance in EMEA
Mark is Ashurst Advance's Head of eDiscovery in EMEA. He has managed Ashurst’s disclosure and e-disclosure function in the UK for over 20 years and during this time he has developed thought leadership within the e-disclosure space and works with peers, service providers and commentators to establish e-disclosure best practice.
Mark works closely with clients and our legal and review teams to manage all stages of the collection, processing, review and production of documents. He regularly assesses new technology related to data analysis and document review to make sure all software options are properly understood and the technology we use provides the best solutions for client’s document review and management needs.
Mark was responsible for developing our Ringtail environment in the UK and has 17 years’ experience managing projects initially within this environment and latterly within our Nuix Discover SaaS environment. During this time he has worked on an extensive range of projects related to litigation, arbitration, regulatory reviews and internal investigations. Mark has significant experience of the eDiscovery market in the UK and uses this experience to ensure that we limit costs and maximise value from our eDiscovery services.
