Matt covers all aspects of private credit financing. He particularly focuses on fund finance (with a focus on net asset value (NAV) financings for private equity sponsors), special situations and restructuring, and direct lending.
Matt was based in Hong Kong for several years, and has experience across most major Asian and European jurisdictions.
