Montana is an environment and planning lawyer with experience in land acquisition, planning approvals, environmental licensing, pollution, contaminated land, roads, mining and administrative law. Montana acts for a wide range of Government and private sector clients, including major corporations, developers, individuals and the NSW Government.
Montana works closely with acquisition authorities in relation to infrastructure projects to acquire land by agreement and by compulsory acquisition, and has defended numerous compensation appeals in the Land and Environment Court of NSW. Montana also provides strategic advice in relation to appropriate planning approval pathways and planning approval documentation.
Montana is an Executive Committee Member of the Environment and Planning Law Association of NSW.
