Nicky Thiyavutikan is a senior associate in our financial regulation practice
Nicky advises principally in the areas of financial services regulation with an emphasis on regulated institutions and market participants on licensing, conduct and disclosure requirements under Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act, and acting in respect of applications for relief from those requirements.
Nicky has developed a focus on client money rules, regulations of OTC derivatives and clearing arrangements, and marketplace rules. She is also involved in advising clients on ASIC regulatory enforcement actions, including on the Market Disciplinary Panel.
