Noam Ankri is a partner in our corporate practice. Noam heads the distressed companies and special situations practice of the Paris office. He specialises in complex cross-border matters, with a dual expertise in M&A (LBO, corporate M&A) and restructuring (distress M&A, debt restructurings, insolvency proceedings).

Having worked in New York, London and Paris, his clients, which include large corporations, financial institutions and numerous investment funds, appreciate his unique eye for the multi-cultural approach required in a cross-border deal.

Particularly active in all types of special situations for almost 20 years, Noam is a key player on the very exclusive French restructuring market and has advised most of the major transactions in France.

He is also an experienced litigator having obtained major results for his foreign clients before French Courts.

Noam is the chair of the restructuring commission of very influential Paris Europlace and has been a senior lecturer in LBO at several Paris law schools for over 10 years.

He is an avocat at the Paris bar.
