Peter Grayson is a partner in our projects and energy transition practice
Peter is a Partner specialising in all aspects of non-contentious construction, with particular expertise in the renewable energy sectors. As well as bespoke and "pass down" construction contracts, Peter has particular expertise in negotiating construction contracts across the standard construction forms of FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, LOGIC and JCT.
Beyond his core construction practice, Peter has expertise in the negotiation of operation and maintenance agreements (and related asset management service agreements), grid connection arrangements, and power offtake arrangements, including in relation to private wire structures.
Peter has extensive experience advising clients in respect of legal and commercial solutions for projects that have become distressed during or post construction period.
He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. Peter is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi) in Japan (England and Wales) admitted to the Tokyo Bar Association.
