Renae assists clients with all aspects of employment and industrial relations, including employment and industrial litigation, industrial disputes, enterprise agreement making, industrial strategy, termination of employment, contracts and policies, workplace investigations and discrimination.
Renae has conducted employment,industrial relations and discrimination related litigation in the Federal Court, Supreme Court and District Court, in addition to the Fair Work Commission and Industrial Magistrates Court.
Renae has acted for clients across a wide range of industries including oil and gas, mining, healthcare, utilities, retail and manufacturing.
