Sam focuses on advising on a wide range of financing, development, acquisition and joint venture mandates across the energy and infrastructure markets. Sam has particular experience advising sponsors, lenders and government institutions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a particular focus on the energy transition. He has also advised on ESG regulation and sustainability initiatives, and has spent time in Singapore.
