Scott focuses on advising sponsors and lenders on the financing and development of projects spanning across a wide range of industries, with an emphasis on the power, petrochemicals, oil & gas and mining & metals sectors, including numerous cross-border, multi-sourced financings involving ECAs and DFIs.
He has also advised on numerous joint venture and M&A transactions, as well as restructurings and refinancings.
