Sophie specialises in the taxation of asset managers, investment funds and their investors. She advises in relation to the structuring of investment funds and remuneration structures including carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Sophie has experience advising in relation to secondary transactions (both GP-led and LP-led) and the acquisition of GP-stakes.
Sophie also has a particular interest in tax authority disputes and has experience advising clients in relation to complex HMRC enquiries and information requests.
