Thomas advises on a broad range of securitisations, structured private credit transactions and portfolio acquisitions.
Thomas practice covers a variety of asset classes and securitisation techniques with a particular focus on consumer securitisation, specialty finance, fund finance, auto ABS, RMBS and covered bonds. He acts for banks, specialty lenders, credit funds and private equity firms.
Thomas advises clients on regulatory developments concerning securitisation and structured debt transactions, including the UK Securitisation Framework.
Thomas is noted as a leading individual for securitisation in the Legal 500.
