Ashurst acts on investment in Advanced Urology Associates by HMI 

Global law firm Ashurst represented the shareholders of Advanced Urology Associates in their deal with HMI to develop Singapore's largest private urology specialist group. HMI is a growing regional private healthcare provider with presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The transaction was led by Tao Koon Chiam, our Head of M&A for Southeast Asia and supported by Stefanie Loh (Senior Associate), Zheng Kai Chok (Associate Director), Cheryl Chui (Senior Associate) and Michael Utama (Associate).
