Ashurst advised ACEN on the JV with Puri Usaha Group for the development of renewable energy projects in Indonesia

Global law firm Ashurst represented ACEN Indonesia Investment Holdings Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACEN Corporation (ACEN) in its investment in PT Puri Prakarsa Batam, a joint venture with PT Trisuya Mitra Bersama of the Puri Usaha Group, for the development of groundbreaking renewable energy projects in Indonesia focusing on large-scale solar power plants, battery energy storage system and green hydrogen projects.
The transaction was led by partners Michelle Phang and Frederic Draps, with the support from partner Dion Alfadya (Jakarta), counsel Lisa Hui (Singapore) and associates Rachelia Jumanti (Jakarta) and Hadisti Azzahra (Jakarta).
