Ashurst advises Banpu Energy Australia on Beryl Solar Farm refinancing

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Banpu Energy Australia on the A$102 million refinancing of the Beryl Solar Farm.
Banpu Energy Australia is a subsidiary of Banpu Public Company Limited (Banpu), one of Asia's largest energy companies. The Beryl Solar Farm is an 87MW (AC) operating solar farm near Gulgong, Central West of NSW. Output from the Beryl Solar Farm is being used to offset a state government operation and a large international corporation.
