Ashurst advises Jubilant Foodworks on recommended acquisition of DP Eurasia

Global law firm Ashurst is advising Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. (owned by the largest food service company in India, Jubilant Foodworks Limited) on its recommended increased and final all-cash offer for DP Eurasia N.V. which is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
DP Eurasia is the exclusive master franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza brand in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia. DP Eurasia is the largest pizza delivery company in Turkey and, in addition to its pizza delivery business, it also has its own coffee brand, COFFY.
The Ashurst team is being led by Aaron Shute, assisted by senior associates Aimee Carroll-Hewitt and Nick Lever and associate Millie Gibbs. Jeffrey Johnson and Jennifer Schneck also advised on US securities law matters.
