Ashurst advises LIGR on sale to Crionet

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised Live Graphics Systems Pty Ltd (LIGR) on the sale of a majority of its share capital to Crionet. 

    LIGR is a Sydney-based live sports graphics platform that provides services for sporting organisations and production companies to create and automate professional livestreams with TV-quality sports graphics, in-game stats, advertising, automated highlights, and more.

    Crionet provides integrated media solutions for various sporting events for the sports and media industry, offering solutions such as software development, data collection, data presentation, and live production.
