Ashurst advises Natixis on the financing for the construction of new data centre for STACK

The new data centre will be located within the STACK campus, and will be perfectly connected to MIX, the largest internet exchange point in Italy. The data centre will be 100% powered by renewable energy and will bring the STACK Milan campus to a total capacity of 50 MW.
The Ashurst multi-jurisdictional team was led by managing partner Carloandrea Meacci supported by senior associates Nicola Toscano, Katherine Williams, Tamsin Crawford, Katia Fettes and associates Paolo Gallarà and Ludmilla Bouchez-Lecuy who advised on the drafting of the financial documentation and on the review of the due diligence. Partner Michele Milanese advised on tax aspects of the transaction.
