Ashurst advises on Alpha Dhabi's 51% stake in NTS Amega Global

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised ADH Energy RSC Ltd on its acquisition of a 51% stake in NTS Amega Global.

    Amega Global is an oil field services firm operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Houston, Canada, Guyana, Norway, Singapore, Midland and Lafayette. The acquisition by Alph Dhabi Holding, a company listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, is part of a drive to expand its global investment activity and energy portfolio beyond the Middle East.

    The Ashurst team was led by corporate partner Simon Rahimzada.
