Ashurst advises on Alpha Dhabi's 51% stake in NTS Amega Global

Global law firm Ashurst has advised ADH Energy RSC Ltd on its acquisition of a 51% stake in NTS Amega Global.
Amega Global is an oil field services firm operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Houston, Canada, Guyana, Norway, Singapore, Midland and Lafayette. The acquisition by Alph Dhabi Holding, a company listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, is part of a drive to expand its global investment activity and energy portfolio beyond the Middle East.
The Ashurst team was led by corporate partner Simon Rahimzada. The wider team included partners José Christian Bertram, Wes Strickland, Nicolas Gardner, Neil Cuninghame, ADT Law director Yi Ming Choo, senior associates Aaron Ohm and Zaid Al-Rizzo, Adelle Elhosni and associates Luis de Freitas, Layla Kimmie, Josephine Yip, Nathan Chen, Faye Al-Ismail, Johnny Farhat, Haifa AlZeer and Letty Morris.
