Ashurst advises Sitemate on equity financing round

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Sitemate Technologies Pty Ltd on its recent equity financing round through the issue of convertible notes.
Sitemate builds user friendly no code software platforms which companies use to improve their systems, processes, compliance and business outcomes.
