Ashurst grows London funds practice with new partner hire

With over 10 years' experience, Whitney has extensive expertise representing both GPs and LPs in a wide range of fund transactions. She represents fund managers on fund formation and investor negotiations, as well as institutional investors on their fund investments. She also represents fund managers on carried interest arrangements and has deep experience in the analysis of market trends in fund terms and advising both GPs and LPs on strategy in achieving market leading terms.
