Lee brings with him a wealth of experience in real estate joint ventures and co-investment structures, with a particular focus on data centres, technology and the senior living sector. Lee's practice is renowned for handling complex, high-value transactions for private capital clients, including some of the most significant data centre and senior living transactions in the last decade.
