Ashurst represents Navegar on its investment in Logistics Startup Inteluck

Global law firm Ashurst advised Navegar, a Manila-based private equity fund, on its investment in Inteluck Holdings Inc., a data-driven end-to-end logistics platform across Southeast Asia.
Navegar is a private equity firm based in the Philippines. Inteluck is headquartered in Singapore and operates across Southeast Asia including the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
Lead partner Xiaozheng Ko commented, "We are honoured and delighted to have represented Navegar on this important investment in Inteluck, adding to its rich portfolio of companies. The transaction was led by partner Xiaozheng Ko, with the support from partners Tao Koon Chiam and Yan Yuan, and lawyers Stefanie Loh, Chloe Xiang, Chris Ou and Shashtika Sundar.
