Ashurst strengthens German disputes practice with white-collar crime/investigations partner in Frankfurt

    Global law firm Ashurst is strengthening its litigation practice in Germany with the appointment of highly experienced white-collar crime, investigations and compliance partner Volker Rosengarten, who will join Ashurst's Frankfurt office.

    Volker Rosengarten's practice focuses on commercial criminal law matters with a particular emphasis on cross-border issues. He defends companies and management bodies in criminal and administrative offence proceedings, conducts internal investigations, provides general advice on compliance issues and also represents his clients' interests in related civil and administrative court proceedings. Volker also advises on sanction law and regulatory issues.

    Volker Rosengarten's appointment is the latest strategic addition to Ashurst Germany and follows the recent appointment of IP partner Roman Brtka and corporate partners Marina Arntzen and Stefan Bruder.
